Plan and coordinate commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and procedures based on project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Lead or support system start-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
Ensure all systems and components are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Collaborate with design engineers and construction teams to resolve installation and design issues.
Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) where required.
Maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test results, daily logs, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulations.
Train client personnel in operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
Participate in handover and project close-out processes.
Test a wide range of I/O (HART, Modbus, FF, Profibus etc), basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface and other control components on DCS and PLC.
Shall be aware of industry standards and practices and (e.g., ISA standards) that apply to control system design.
Shall be able to troubleshoot the control and communication problems between different systems during FAT and at site.
Willing to travel for site commissioning activities depending upon the project requirements.
