Act
as the primary technical liaison between the sales team and clients for
automation products and solutions.
Understand
customer requirements and provide technical solutions using automation
technologies such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics, motion control, and
industrial networking.
Develop
and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to
prospective customers.
Support
the sales team in preparing proposals, RFQs, and quotations that align
with client specifications and budget.
Work
with engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions to
customer needs.
Conduct
site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.
Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and
evolving technologies in automation.
Assist
in the development of marketing materials and case studies by providing
technical content.
Build
and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of client
satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
Bachelors
degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a
related field.
2-3
years of experience in technical sales or engineering in the automation
industry.
Strong
understanding of industrial automation technologies (e.g., Siemens,
Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric systems).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability
to explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
Willingness
to travel to customer sites as needed.
