Educational Qualification/Experience

B.E Mech/EEE/Mechatronics with minimum 15 years experience in the field of :

Production automation(ideally in the automotive, electronics or medical technology sectors)

General Mechanical Engineering

Job Description/desired profile of the candidate


a) To Create, plan and implement sales strategy.

b) To take ownership of the Sales processes

c) Acquisition of target customers

d) Active Sales acquisition

e) Preparation & execution of regular customer visits as well as continuous contact with key decision makers

f) Support of Project Planning, including global projects with implementation in India

g) Building and maintaining relationships with the Indian sites of Hahns global customers.

h) Focus on services and local business

i) Support & development of customer relationships with globally operating Indian Clients.

j) Creatively drive innovation for Digital sales & marketing channels such as Linkedin, content creating, email marketing,..

k) To co-ordinate the flow of information for Sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts etc,

l) Experience in digital marketing

m) Excellent business communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

n) Willingness to travel within India & occasionally globally.

o) Proficient in MS Office

p) Good knowledge of CRM system

q) Excellent command over English, Tamil and Hindi.
