Sourcing Skill(LinkedIn, Indeed & Monster) , Full Life cycle recruiting, Embedded Technical knowledge will be plus

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
•  Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
•  Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and networking.
•  Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and final offer rollout.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
• Good Knowledge on Embedded and IT recruiting.
