Job description

  • Arrange and manage domestic and international air tickets and hotel accommodations.
  • Handle visa processing, international air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance and forex arrangements for employees traveling abroad.
  • Coordinate courses, training and conference registrations.
  • Manage conference/course registrations and related travel schedules.
  • Track and process marketing expenses.
  • Handle forex requests and related expenses.
  • Handle credit card bills related to travel and other official expenses.
  • Settle travel agent bills accurately and on time.
  • Manage vendor registrations and maintain compliance.
  • Supervise and support front office operations (reception, calls, visitor management).
  • Supervise front office operations including reception, visitor management, and calls.
  • Support in general administrative tasks such as procurement, office supplies, and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and assist management in administrative requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel bookings, visa formalities, and forex handling.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management (or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration, office management.
  • Prior experience in handling domestic & international travel arrangements preferred
