Location : Avadi, Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Maintain contact lists and databases

  • Book travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries

  • Greet visitors and provide general support to guests

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior Managers and Directors.z


    Qualification:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

      • Proven administrative or assistant experience

      • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      • Discretion and 


        Preferred Skills:

        Experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)

        Familiarity with basic project management tools or CRM software

        Customer service orientation
