Job Description:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges when required
Provide basic information to clients and customers
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
Any UG or PG
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency with phone systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)
