We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads to support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, and market research
Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing channels
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities
Meet or exceed assigned lead generation targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct effective cold calls and email outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Good research and analytical skills
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation
Knowledge of digital marketing and LinkedIn lead sourcing
Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms
