Job Description 

1. 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls related to crane products, spare parts, service requests, and technical inquiries..
2. 1. Understand customer requirements and provide basic mechanical/technical information with proper training support.
3. 1. Coordinate with service engineers and internal teams for complaint logging, follow-ups, and resolution.
4. 1. Maintain accurate call records, service tickets, and customer details in CRM systems.
5. 1. Freshers with Diploma/B.E in Mechanical Engineering, good communication skills, and willingness to work in Chennai are preferred.
