Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller for Student Academy to contact potential or existing students over the phone, promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and support sales or customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Promote products, services, or offers effectively
Generate leads and schedule appointments (if applicable)
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in [required language(s)]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to convince and negotiate
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage (freshers may apply)
