Task and Activities:
1. Project Planning and Co-ordination
•
Develop
Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope,
objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Define
Project Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define
project requirements, including technical specifications and performance
criteria.
•
Feasibility
Studies: Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability,
considering factors such as budget constraints and resource availability
2. Design and Engineering Support
•
Collaborate
on Design: Work with design engineers to develop detailed design plans and
drawings for Crane and Hoist.
•
Design
Approval: Review and get approval design documents from customer.
•
Technical
Support: Provide technical guidance and support to design teams throughout
the design phase.
•
Construction
Oversight: Supervise and monitor the Manufacturing and installation of
Crane and Hoist, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety
standards.

Schedule
Management: Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of
milestones and deliverables.
•
Change
Management: Handle changes or modifications to project scope, schedule, or
budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
2. Communication and Updates
•
Client
Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing
inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration among project team members,
subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Progress
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and presentations
to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
7. Cost Control and Budget Management

Budget
Monitoring: Monitor project expenditures and maintain financial discipline
to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for project phases and
activities, including labour, materials, and equipment.

Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Documentation and Reporting

contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

9. Commissioning and Handover

Commissioning: Oversee the testing, commissioning, and startup of Crane and
Hoist to ensure functionality and performance.

Client
Acceptance: Facilitate client acceptance of completed projects, conducting
final inspections and Load test Certification
• Project Handover: Prepare and deliver project handover documentation and training to clients, ensuring smooth transition and operational readiness.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) with 3 - 5 Years Experience. • Basic understanding of engineering
fundamentals related to mechanical or electrical systems, depending on the
specialization within the crane industry.

Understanding of project lifecycle phases
(initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
•
Good verbal and written communication skills for
effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
•
Basic analytical abilities to identify problems,
gather relevant information, and propose potential solutions.
•
Basic organizational skills to manage tasks,
prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and presentation purposes
