Job Overview:

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to handle electrical and instrumentation design activities for EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design documents, supporting engineering activities, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Prepare and review electrical & instrumentation design deliverables

To Develop:

Ø  Instrument Index, I/O List, Signal List

Ø  Cable Schedule, JB Schedule

Ø  Loop Diagrams, Hook-up Drawings

Ø  Design and review control panels, marshalling panels, and PLC panels

Ø  Prepare and interpret P&IDs and control philosophies

Ø  Selection and specification of field instruments & analyzers (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, pH, ORP, conductivity, etc.)

Ø  Perform fault analysis and resolve issues related to instrumentation and electrical systems

Ø  Review and verify electrical wiring, cable terminations, and panel connections

Ø  Coordinate with process, mechanical, and electrical teams

Ø  Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities

Ø  Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Ø  Hands-on knowledge of instrument loop checking and commissioning activities,

Basic understanding of electrical wiring, cable termination, and panel interfacing &

Ability to perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in electrical systems design, preferably in the chemical or industrial sectors.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
- Certifications: Any relevant electrical certifications are a plus.
- Travel: Willing to travel to project sites as required.
