Job
Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day accounting
entries in Tally
• Maintaining purchase, sales,
payment, and receipt entries
• Preparation of BRS (Bank
Reconciliation Statement)
• Bank reconciliation and cash
handling
• GST and TDS filing preparation and
coordination
• Preparation of GST reports and
supporting documents
• Maintaining accounts payable and
receivable
• Preparing invoices, vouchers, and
expense statements
• Assisting in monthly and yearly
account closing
• Maintaining proper filing and
documentation of accounts records
• Coordinating with auditors and
management when required
Required
Skills:
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally
Prime
• Experience in BRS preparation
• Knowledge of GST and TDS filing
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination
skills
• Ability to handle accounts
independently
Qualification:
• B.Com / M.Com or related degree
• 3 to 4 years of experience in
accounting field
