Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals in Medical Coding, AR Analysis, and AR Calling with a strong track record in healthcare processes. Candidates must demonstrate consistent performance, accuracy, and the ability to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Coders: Accurate coding of medical records using ICD/CPT guidelines
• AR Analysts: Analyze and resolve outstanding claims, identify denial trends
• AR Callers: Handle insurance follow-ups, ensure timely reimbursement (End to End RCM preferred)

Requirements:

• 13 years of relevant experience in medical billing/coding/AR processes
• Proven track record of performance and target achievement
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good understanding of US healthcare processes
