###Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, behavioral training, soft skills development, HR policy training, and employee development initiatives.
### Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver training programs for employees across departments
* Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new hires
* Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews
* Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
* Facilitate soft skills, behavioral, communication, leadership, and HR compliance training
* Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback analysis
* Maintain training records, attendance, and reports
* Coordinate with department heads to align training with business goals
* Organize workshops, seminars, and employee engagement learning activities
* Stay updated with latest training methodologies and HR trends
