Role Overview
The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for installation,
commissioning, preventive
maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical sales support
of dental equipment. The role
demands strong clinical interaction skills, adherence to
SOPs, and a high level of
commitment to customer satisfaction and service
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Service & Support
Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of
dental equipment at
customer sites
Handle service
complaints efficiently with prompt diagnosis and resolution
Provide preventive
and corrective maintenance as per company SOPs
Deliver online / remote technical support to doctors
and clinical teams
Maintain accurate service
documentation, reports, and call logs
Workout field visits on AMCs and CMCs with Customers.
