Human Resource Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions in our civil construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a productive and compliant work environment across project sites.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding skilled and unskilled personnel tailored to construction project requirements.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance workforce skills and ensure safety compliance on-site.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee smooth onboarding, confirmation, transfers, performance reviews, and exit formalities, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the employment journey.
• HR Policy Development & Enforcement: Formulate, implement, and periodically review HR policies aligned with industry standards and organizational objectives, ensuring effective communication and compliance across all levels.
• Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance management, wage computation, and statutory deductions.
• Grievance Redressal: Act as the point of contact for resolving employee grievances, promoting a transparent and supportive work culture.
• Statutory & Legal Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge and adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements relevant to the construction industry (e.g., PF, ESIC, CLRA, BOCW, etc.).
• Contract Labour Management: Monitor and manage third-party labour contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms, legal obligations, and safety standards.·

·        Doctorate: MPHIL in HR/Industrial Relations
