Senior Civil Engineer

 Chennai, Tamil Nadu     8-12 Yrs    ₹3.5 - ₹4.5 Yearly

• Design roadways, stormwater, site grading, and reticulation networks

• Oversee integration of civil elements into the BIM model (Revit Civil)

• Coordinate with structural, wet, and electrical teams

• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian civil codes & environmental policies
• Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Oversee site engineering activities, including supervision of laborers and contractors.
• Develop structural designs for high rise buildings and resort operations using software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during construction phases by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., architecture, interior design) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in B.Tech/B.E. Civil degree holders preferred.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for documentation purposes.
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
