Associate Manager - Business Development (Laboratory)

Role & responsibilities :

  • Develop partnerships with surgical oncologists, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and clinics to drive referrals for Histo/IHC/DSH services
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities (tie-ups, satellite collection centers, hub-spoke lab models)
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collection from institutional clients
  • Represent CyteLabs at CMEs, cancer boards, hospital meets, and awareness drives

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

  • Preferred BSc MLT or at least a graduation in Life Science

Experience:

  • 2 to 7 years in lab business development, oncology sales, hospital B2B, or pharma diagnostics (oncology preferred)

Key Competencies:

  • Strong field presence and hospital-level engagement
  • Familiarity with histopathology or oncology workflows
  • Consultative approach to selling lab services
  • Ability to position CyteLabs as a premium reporting partner
  • Comfortable navigating clinical discussions with surgeons/oncologists
