1. Operational Management
- Oversee
and streamline hospital operations to ensure efficient day-to-day
functioning across departments.
- Ensure
the smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Achieve
95%+ on-time delivery of operational tasks and hospital services.
- Maintain
departmental service efficiency levels at or above 90%.
2. Strategic Planning & Implementation
- Support
the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with the
hospitals vision and objectives.
- Drive
continuous improvement in operational processes.
- Achieve
strategic goals and project deadlines within the specified time frame.
- Contribute
to 100% execution of key operational initiatives.
3. Financial Oversight & Budget
Management
- Monitor
the financial performance of the hospital, assist in preparing annual
budgets, and manage operational expenses to stay within the financial
parameters.
- Ensure
that operational costs are within 5% of the approved budget.
- Achieve
100% on-time budget reviews and financial reporting.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Ensure
that hospital operations comply with all relevant healthcare regulations,
standards, and policies.
- Manage
internal audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Zero
compliance breaches and audit findings.
- 100%
compliance with local healthcare regulations.
5. Patient Care & Satisfaction
- Oversee
patient care standards to maintain high-quality service and patient
satisfaction.
- Ensure
all clinical and non-clinical departments provide high-quality services to
patients.
- Achieve
a patient satisfaction rate of 90% or higher.
- Implement
corrective actions to resolve patient complaints within 48 hours.
6. Staff Management & Development
- Lead
and manage department heads and staff, ensuring efficient staff
performance, training, and professional development.
- At
least 85% of staff meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- 90%+
staff retention rate and satisfaction within the hospital departments.
7. Emergency & Crisis Management
- Ensure
the hospital is prepared for emergency situations, with appropriate
response protocols in place.
- Achieve
100% compliance with emergency preparedness drills and action plans.
Ensure no major operational disruptions during emergencies.
Academic Background: CA, ICWA, MBA in Finance, or
equivalent. Experience with a Hospital is must for the role.
