Role & responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism

and empathy.

• Assist patients in understanding their healthcare options and services offered.
• Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate care with medical staff.
• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients to encourage repeat business and

referrals.

The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients

while also driving sales initiatives. This role combines direct patient interaction with sales

responsibilities to promote services, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for all

patients.
