Technical / Functional Skills:

Job Description:
- In-depth
knowledge of quality control and quality assurance in food/dairy industry.
- Hands-on
experience of line study of microbiological related issues during CIP
& others.
- Knowledge
about SWAB analysis of equipments.
- Microbiological
analysis of incoming raw materials & intermediate materials.
- Must
have exposure of Microbiological analysis of finished products.
- Handling
of the C & FA visits & customer complaints.
- Preference
will be given to candidates who have experience in dairy / ice cream
plants.
- Ensure
compliance to food safety policies and procedures.
