Role Responsibilities
Social
Media Management: Be part of planning, executing, and optimizing
content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Digital
Trends & Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends, viral
content, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Performance:
Have basic understanding of the same and can assist in running and
optimizing digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and tracking key
metrics.
- Influencer
Marketing: Identify and coordinate with agency/influencers for brand
collaborations and campaigns.
- Content
Strategy: Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand
messaging aligns with audience preferences.
- Analytics
& Reporting: Track campaign performance, monitor data, and suggest
improvements based on insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3
years of experience in a digital agency or FMCG brand.
- Good
understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Basic
knowledge of performance and influencer collaborations.
- Familiarity
with digital and experience of working with agencies. Strong communication
and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field(Field is
preferable).
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Creative
thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient
in MS PowerPoint and with some knowledge of AI tools
- Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility
to travel and work evenings or weekends as required for events and
activations.
