Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor/Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing unit in Indore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage shop-floor activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and quality output
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to targets
• Manage workforce on the shop floor, ensuring discipline and safety compliance
• Maintain proper documentation and records of production, wastage, and downtime
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues in the production process
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth production flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, and safety standards
• Assist in training and mentoring new or junior staff
• Prepare and share daily and monthly production reports with senior management

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably in Science, Engineering, or related field)
• 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in an FMCG manufacturing setup
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Incharge in previous organization(s)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and shop-floor control
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Excel, ERP tools preferred)
