Job description
Role & responsibilities
To
receive the customer with a pleasant smile and wish them.
To
attend telephone calls politely and precisely adhering to telephonic
etiquettes.
To
perceive if the client is a new client or an old client (Already
registered).
EDD
management during registration
To
get the information about purpose of visit and guide them to the concerned
Consultant & department.
To
give the registration forms and help them to fill and guide them to the
OPD.
To
collect the reference letters if any and shall duly informed to marketing
team through email / phone.
To
make an entry of the referred doctors name and address in the computer.
To
make a note on the form and in the computer if the doctor referred was the
primary consultant or a reference letter from other sources.
To
check whether the client has filled all relevant data in the registration
form.
To
collect the fees for registration and prepare the receipt and handover to
them.
To
give the registration card to the client.
To
handover the client folder to the concerned OPD.
To
see if the client is a new client or an old client (Already registered.),
if is an old client inform the Client (Patient) file number to MRD and
receive the file.
To
capture the source of awareness of the customer
To
guide the visitors to the concerned room / departments.
To
provide information regarding various services offered and about
preventive medical health check-ups.
To
answer various queries of the customer
To
maintain Consultants / Doctors appointment schedule.
To
prepare the Daily statistics report
To
maintain relevant registers in their respective areas.
To
adhere to the safety norms of hospital and to follow both customer / staff
safety.
To
maintain proper decorum during working hours as per company standards.
To
collect service feedback form from the customer
