Job description
Department: Business Development
Reports To: Centre Manager / Regional Manager /
BD Head
Responsibilities:
Identify
and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, such as OB/GYNs,
primary care physicians / general physicians etc within the allotted areas
Research
and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and patient
demographics
Prepare
and deliver presentations to potential partners and referral sources,
highlighting offerings and patient success stories.
Execute
activities like workshops, CMEs etc
Track
and analyse marketing and outreach campaign performance, and recommend
data-driven strategies for improvement.
Manage
and maintain a database of referring physicians and healthcare
professionals.
Must
be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on
daily basis to the reporting
Manager
Submission
of monthly, weekly detailed progress.
Stay
abreast of the latest advancements in fertility treatments and
technologies.
Collaborate
effectively with all the departments
Any
other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
Travel
across locations of the organization from time to time on a need
basis.
Skills & Qualification
Bachelor's
degree in healthcare administration,business administration,marketing,or a
related field.
2+
years of experience in business development,sales,or a similar role within
the healthcare or fertility industry.
Proven
track record of success in lead generation,relationship building,and
exceeding sales targets.
