Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement & Account Growth

  • Achieve AOP catheter sales targets in the assigned region through clinical engagement.
  • Identify and support high-potential and underutilized accounts to increase adoption and usage share.
  • Generate qualified leads from the existing install base by converting satisfied customers into reference points for the sales team.

Clinical Support & Education

  • Deliver comprehensive clinical training to physicians, technicians, and nursing staff on IVUS/iFR technologies.
  • Lead internal and external Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities at CEO sites to onboard and develop new customers.
  • Participate in and lead internal education and learning programs for knowledge enhancement and consistency.

Field Activity & Customer Engagement

  • Provide in-case clinical support and technical guidance to ensure optimal product use and procedural outcomes.
  • Conduct regular clinical roadshows, product demonstrations, and proctoring activities involving expert users.
  • Monitor and track catheter usage per account to guide utilization strategies and identify training needs.

Outcomes & Data Management

  • Collect procedural and outcome-based data to demonstrate clinical value and support product adoption.
  • Share clinical insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a healthcare-related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a clinical, technical, or field support role in the medical device industry.
  • Prior exposure to interventional cardiology, intravascular imaging, or cath lab environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IVUS and iFR technologies and related applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination ability, with a high level of self-motivation.
