Job description

Andrology Center, based in Coimbatore is looking for a motivated marketing professional having experience in the medical/diagnostic lab industry
Essential skills:

• Preferably with experience in Pharma, Diagnostics, Insurance or Institutional Sales, and an educational background in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related fields).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Positive attitude
• Willing to shoulder responsibilities
• Target oriented goal achiever who enjoys marketing
• Willing to travel extensively in Karnataka (or specified regions in South/West India) pursuing and converting business leads
• Skill to convince highly qualified medical professionals
• Ability to handle difficult situations
• Be able to speak fluently in Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi in addition to English

Responsibilities:

• Obtain a thorough understanding of the services provided and explain the same in person or over the phone to medical professionals
• Plan, discuss and execute an effective marketing strategy and convert as many leads as possible
• Reporting on daily and weekly basis.

In addition to possessing the essential skills mentioned in the job description above, our ideal candidate will also:

• Have a 2 wheeler/own transport
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base for regions assigned.
• Achieve sales targets for set period
• Identify causes for non-achievement of targets, if any
• Keep updated on competitors and come up with suitable strategies
• Keep abreast of changing market trends and identify opportunities for further growth
