Job description

• As an Area Sales Manager at Race Pharmaceuticals, you will oversee sales operations across multiple territories, leading and mentoring a team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve and surpass sales targets
• Your role is to develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor market trends, and drive business growth within your assigned area
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to ensure alignment with company goals and to enhance the promotion of our pharmaceutical products
