Job description
Only Design Engineering profiles are accepted; Onsite/Field
profiles are not considered
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for
instrumentation and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and project requirements.
2. Conduct detailed engineering calculations and analyses for instrument
sizing, signal and control cable sizing and control valve selection, DCS
specification, and safety instrumented systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers,
electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of
instrumentation systems with overall project objectives (IDC)
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and
technicians, ensuring the development of their skills and expertise in
instrumentation and control engineering mainly Hookup & BOQ preparation.
5. Participate in vendor evaluations, selection, and coordination for
instrumentation components and systems.
6. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in all
instrumentation and control engineering activities.
7. Calculate man hours and evaluate bids in compliance with RFQs. Follow the
Master Deliverable list while generating and completing discharge deliverable
targets.
Additional Skills:
1. Extensive knowledge and experience in instrumentation engineering, including
instrumentation design, control systems.
2. Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SPI-INTOOLS,
AVEVA Inst.Module.
3. DCS systems (e.g., Honeywell, Emerson), and SCADA systems along with FAT
& SAT to be conducted Individually along with the Vendors at client
Locations.
4. Based on the Job requirements he may deputed at site for Assisting the
Commissioning and pre[1]commissioning

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze
complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
7. Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects,
manage resources, and deliver results within project timelines and budgets.
8. Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards
and regulations is a plus
