Job description

We, at Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Quanta), are a leading mid-sized design and engineering company specialised in front-end engineering design. We undertake projects involving multi-disciplinary engineering starting from concept tocommissioning of the plant.This position shall further strengthen our front-end as well as detail engineering skills.Strong process engineering skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers, Designers & Draftsman for I&C related activities.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of team members.
• Participate in internal review meetings, Support in Manpower planning/recruitment activities, Support on-going development on I&C Team.
• Participate in project acquisition meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience:- Min 10-15 years.
• Qualifications:- BE/ ME Instrumentation from recognized university & throughout 1 st class.

Key Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of Basic & Detail engineering of various industrial plants like chemicals, Oil & gas, Hydrocarbons plants etc.
• Knowledge of various Industry Codes and Standards, Instruments selection and sizing, Hazardous area classification, SIL etc.
• Sound academics from reputed institute and good communication skills in verbal & written English.
• Basic Knowledge of Auto CAD.
• Good networking skills.
• Must have good convincing power.
• Good people skills, interpersonal relationship management, team player.
