Job description

SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Management System (DMS) Support: MANAGER

• Manage and support the DMS platform used for tracking sales, installation progress, inventory and customer service within the channel partner network.
• Collaborate with sales, project management and service teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Configure the DMS to align with the specific needs of channel partner operations, including lead management and project lifecycle tracking.
• Provide training and ongoing support to dealership staff to ensure efficient system use.

IT Initiatives:

• Lead IT projects focused on optimizing business processes such as CRM integration, project management tools and performance tracking systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of the DMS with other platforms like solar design tools, financing portals, and customer apps.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations relevant to the solar industry.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring the IT solutions meet the operational needs of solar dealerships.
• Work closely with external vendors to manage system updates and integrations.
• Provide regular insights to management on system performance, operational challenges, and IT project progress.

 Key Skills and Competencies:

• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Understanding of channel partner operations, including sales, installation, service processes.
• Knowledge of CRM and project management tools specific to the solar industry.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to deliver IT solutions that enhance business performance.
