Position- HR Executive

Employment Type - Contract

Experience- 2-5 years of relevant TA, HR Generalist experience

Location- Bangalore

Reports to- Human Resources Manager_HRSC
Role:

• Be a brand ambassador for Avnet through quality hiring.
• Decision maker for candidate fitment.
• Recruiter for all hiring requirements across functions PAN India in a highly cost-effective manner using modern and trending sources.
• Coordinator for LMS, Leave Management, Retiral Benefits, Internal Communication, Employee Insurance co-ordination etc.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Onboarding, New Employee Induction and Orientation for new joiners.
• Co-ordinate for Statutory Benefits like PF, Gratuity claims etc.
• SPOC for Temp Staff Hiring and manage employee queries.
• Co-ordinate and Manage Leave Management System, Reconciliations.
• Internal Employee Communication and Employee Branding.
• Co-ordinate Employee Insurance, Health Checks etc.
• Process Weekly monthly bi-weekly reports as per schedules/ adhoc requests.

Experience:

Must:

• Overall 2-5 years of experience in electronics related industry.
• Hands-on and current experience in recruitment is a must.

Preferable: (2+years in overall experience)

• Learning & Development Co-ordination
• Benefits Administration
• Experience in the role in an MNC
