Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers
/ Implementation Specialists with over 5 years of hands-on experience
in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation across multiple
modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and ITOM. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, integrating with
third-party systems, and ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design,
develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business
requirements.
- Customize
applications, including UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and
workflows.
- Configure
and manage CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Service Mapping, and
Orchestration.
- Develop
ITOM capabilities including Event Management, Discovery, AIOps, and
Service Mapping.
- Work
on ITSM workflows including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Asset, and
Configuration Management.
- Integrate
ServiceNow with external platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS, MuleSoft, Azure,
Genesys, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
- Optimize
ServiceNow performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate
with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical
solutions.
- Manage
upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
- Conduct
user training and support sessions.
- Document
configurations, workflows, and custom developments.
Required Skills:
- 5+
years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Expertise
in JavaScript, Glide API, client/server scripting.
- Deep
understanding of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM modules.
- Experience
with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
- Strong
knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration best
practices.
- Familiar
with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
- Excellent
problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability
to work independently or in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified
Application Developer (CAD).
- Bachelors
in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Knowledge
of ITIL v3/v4 practices.
- Experience
with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Exposure
to ServiceNow GRC or SecOps is a plus.
- Familiarity
with AI/ML-based automation in ServiceNow.
