Job description
As a Business Development Executive at Adze, you will play a
crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new
clients for our digital marketing services. You will be responsible for
building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their
unique business needs, and presenting them with custom-tailored solutions to
meet their objectives. With no upper cap on commissions, this role offers
unlimited earning potential based on your performance and sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads and prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and
referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' businesses,
industries, and competition.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to
present our digital marketing services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address
clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless
execution and delivery of services to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client
interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing
or advertising industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term client
relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding
targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
