Job description
Act as a technical expert: Develop a deep understanding of
our products, their features, and their technical implementation. Stay up to
date with industry trends and competitive landscape.- Collaborate with the
sales, product & tech team: Work closely with the sales representatives to
understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions that address
their business challenges effectively.- Conduct product demonstrations:
Showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products to potential customers, both
remotely and in-person.- Customize demonstrations to align with customer needs
and provide technical guidance during the evaluation process.- Solution design
and technical consultation: Analyze customer requirements and propose technical
solutions that align with their business goals.- Collaborate with the product
team to design customized solutions and identify any necessary product
enhancements.- Prepare and deliver presentations: Create compelling
presentations and technical documentation to support the sales process.-
Clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiators of our solutions
to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC)
projects: Lead and manage POC projects to validate our products in the customer's
environment.- Gather feedback, address technical concerns, and work closely
with the implementation team to ensure a successful outcome.- Respond to
technical queries: Assist prospects and customers with technical inquiries,
providing accurate and timely information to address their concerns and build
trust in our offerings.- Continuous learning and improvement: Stay up to date
with the latest industry trends, best practices, and product enhancements.-
Share knowledge and insights with the broader team to drive continuous
improvement. Skills that we are looking for :
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services
or Background Verification sector. Energy and Drive: Self-starter with a
proactive and energetic approach, capable of working independently and driving
results. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders. Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of
achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals. Collaborative Spirit: Ability
to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and
contribute to product enhancement. Global Mindset: Adept at working in a
diverse, multicultural environment. Effective business communication skills
both verbal and written. Good understanding of technology and SaaS products.
Past experience in the Financial Services / Gaming / E-Commerce industry could
be a plus.
