• Understanding and application of Salesforce Sales Cloud for managing sales
operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud for delivering exceptional customer

• Strong account management skills to maintain and grow existing client
relationships.
• Capability to develop effective sales strategies tailored to meet company
