We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR
Executive who would assist HR Manager. The ideal candidate
is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry
standards. In this role, the Assistant Manager HR and HR Executive must ensure
compliance with all labour laws. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented
professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Role & Responsibilities:
Attendance
report by biometric.
Maintain
the Leave record, Late coming report.
New
joining and Exit personal file record.
Monthly
challan like as PF and ESIC
Return
file of yearly & half yearly
Bonus.
Payroll
& Compensation i.e., processing Salary through Software
Responsible
for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as
Salary, Leave encashment, Incentive, Advances, and other related aspects)
& Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave for all levels of
employees as per HR leave policy.
Processing
of Full & Final Settlements as per company policy for resigned
employees.
Employee
Relations & Welfare with Statutory Compliances.
Accident
Claim Cases, PF, ESIC Payment, Maintain the Muster Roll, Wages Register,
Deduction Register, Fine Register, and Advance Register
Handling
all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, and
reimbursement
Should
be well versed with HRMS.
Requirements:
1
- 3 years of experience
Preferred
degree in MBA (Human Resource).
Experience
PF, ECIS & payroll.
Knowledge
of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Expert
in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
Strong
critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Thorough
knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Good
working knowledge of yearly and half yearly returns.
