Job description

  • Identify quality market and customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Identify new potential market and set up meeting with customers to identify their needs
  • Maintain regular touch-points with existing customers
  • Develop new business opportunities and ensure long-term account retention
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create overall sales plan and forecasts
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, maintaining short and long term business development plans
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal team
  • Create marketing and sales reports on a consistent manner
  • Candidates must own a two-wheeler with a driving license, with fuel expenses being reimbursed as per company policy

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate must have 2-7 years of experience in Industrial Sales
  • Candidates must have experience selling and distributing technical products directly to end customers, not just through dealers or intermediaries.
  • Strong analytical thinking and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Candidates must be proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven to excel independently.
  • Candidate must be willing to establish a home-office with client meetings as per the requirement
