Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations on the production line.
• Monitor and report production processes and output quality.
• Support the team in maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
