Job description
Manage quality dept manpower, reduce rejections, IATF
documentation, Customer coordination,Responsibilities:
Manpower Management:
Oversee the daily operations and workload distribution within the Quality
Department.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of quality
personnel.
Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
Rejection Reduction:
Analyze rejection data to identify root causes and implement corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to minimize defects and
rejections.
Conduct internal audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with quality
standards.
Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor
and improve process capability.
Drive and support continuous improvement projects.
IATF Documentation:
Maintain and update IATF 16949 documentation, including procedures, work
instructions, and records.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements during internal and external
audits.
Assist in the preparation and submission of quality reports and documentation.
Manage and control document revisions and distribution.
Ensure that all quality records are maintained accurately and are easily
retrievable.
Customer Coordination:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries and
concerns.
Coordinate customer audits and visits.
Address customer complaints and implement effective solutions.
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on quality
performance and issues.
Ensure customer specific requirements are met.
Manage and track customer feedback.
