Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful TL/AM Recruiter with 5+ years of experience managing recruitment and Staffing.
This position offers exposure to full-cycle recruiting for in-house teams as well as external client placements.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, process-driven, and confident to attract and place top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across Clients.
- Prepare, Draft and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms.
- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS, ensuring up-to-date records.
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support hiring decisions.
- Promote open roles and referral programs regularly.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout every touch point.
- Maintain and update recruitment database and tracking system.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and define job requirements, company culture.
- Source candidates through job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
- Stay informed on market trends and recruitment best practices to craft innovative sourcing strategies using effective, modern techniques.
- Coordinate with internal stake holders and clients for Invoicing and payment.
- Conduct initial screening and share qualified profiles with clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client.
- Offer negotiations for the shortlisted candidate.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Ensure the smooth on boarding process for selected candidates, including BGV and Documentation.
Key Requirements:- Proven Experience 5+ years in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition.
- Languages to be known: English, Tamil.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
