Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and operating systems (Windows /Mac OS Work in Linux is a Plus).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Provide Level 1/2 support for system and network-related tickets.
• Apply updates, patches, and security configurations as needed.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations.
• Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in a System or Network Engineer role.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
