Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out land surveys, topographic surveys, and layout markings at project sites.
• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and Theodolite.
• Support the preparation of site layout drawings and alignment maps.
• Assist in verifying land boundaries and plot demarcations as per project drawings.
• Record and maintain field survey data, measurements, and calculations accurately.
• Support senior surveyor in coordinating with civil engineers and site supervisors.
• Ensure that all surveying work complies with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain calibration and proper functioning of survey equipment.
• Participate in regular site inspections and reporting activities.

Requirements Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS devices, and relevant tools.
• Basic knowledge of construction layouts, civil drawings, and site measurements.
• Understanding of survey principles, land laws, and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical fitness for on-site work and outdoor environments.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.
