Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Networking+ Trainer to join our. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering both theoretical and practical training in networking concepts, with a focus on CompTIA Network+ or similar industry certifications. The trainer will be responsible for educating technical and non-technical students, helping them build a strong foundation in networking fundamentals, and preparing them for industry certifications and job readiness.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on Networking+ syllabus.
• Teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical labs related to:
• Network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting)
• Routing and switching
• Network troubleshooting
• Security basics and wireless technologies
• Network tools and utilities
• Familiarity with tools like Packet Tracer, GNS3, Wireshark, etc.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, lab guides, and assignments.
• Customize training methodologies to suit both technical and non-technical learners.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students and assist in their placement readiness (interview skills, resume tips).
• Keep training content up to date with current industry standards and certification changes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer / Instructor / Teacher in networking or related IT domains.
• Strong grasp of Networking+ (CompTIA Network+ preferred) concepts.
• Experience in conducting hands-on labs with physical and/or simulated network environments.
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle diverse student profiles and adapt teaching style accordingly.
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+ / CCNA are an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Previous experience in training at an IT training institute or corporate setting
