Project Manager

 Chennai, Tamil Nadu     8-13 Yrs    ₹12 - ₹18 Yearly

Roles & Responsibilities

• Align with Program Manager and individual Digital Delivery leads of the Delivery roadmap and plans.
• Serve as a liaison between offshore dev team and onshore Program team.
• Help Track committed deliverables with offshore teams, escalate any Risks, issues with Program Manager and individual Delivery leads.
• Ensure Quality standards, best coding practices and security guidelines and adhered to..
• Provide clear and timely communications to Program.
• Manage and provide visibility in Teams holidays and coverage plans.
• Foster a collaborative, productive environment across remote teams.

Qualification & Requirements

• Proven experience managing offshore or distributed project teams
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or Agile certification
• Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira, confluence
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
