Job Summary:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating the distribution of returnable packaging solutions, ensuring efficient delivery schedules, managing inventory tracking, and overseeing the dispatch process from start to end. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with clients, manage returns, and track reusable packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities

  1. o   Monitor stock levels of returnable boxes across multiple locations.

    o   Coordinate with plant teams for timely collection and dispatch of empty boxes.

    o   Analyze returnable packaging utilization and suggest optimization strategies.

    o   Liaise with internal teams (dispatch, warehouse, procurement) to ensure smooth operations.

    o   Follow up with customers and vendors for returnable packaging availability.

    o   Escalate any shortages or delays to the concerned departments.

  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar role; experience in returnable packaging is a plus.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software (such as ERP, WMS) is advantageous.
    • Knowledge or experience in MIS is an advantage.
