Dear Candidate,

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge technology products. The role requires a strong technical background, experience in agile methodologies, and the ability to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap based on business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-release improvements.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously optimize product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Software development, cloud computing, APIs
• Project Management: Agile, Scrum, Kanban
• Product Strategy: Roadmap planning, competitive analysis
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Figma
• Programming (Preferred but Not Required): Python, SQL, JavaScript
• Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or IoT products is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
