Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project
Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful
delivery of IT/software projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record
managing medium to large-scale initiatives and is adept at collaborating with
both technical and business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle
management ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget while
maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take
full ownership of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define
project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.
- Develop
detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track milestones and
dependencies.
- Coordinate
effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Design,
and Business units.
- Proactively
identify and manage project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Facilitate
agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and
retrospectives.
- Monitor
and communicate project progress via dashboards, reports, and regular
status updates.
- Ensure
quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build
and maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage
project budgets, resource allocation, and coordinate with external vendors
when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+
years of overall experience in project management.
- Demonstrated
success in delivering medium to large-scale projects on time and within
budget.
- In-depth
knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or
hybrid).
- Proficient
with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience
managing and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
- Strong
stakeholder engagement and team leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP
(Project Management Professional) Certification
- Certified
Scrum Master (CSM)
