Job Summary:
The AM - Talent Acquisition (Domestic Recruitment) is responsible for developing and executing
recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the domestic market. This role involves managing
end-to-end recruitment processes, building employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate
experience while aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for domestic hiring.
 Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
 Drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
 Ensure hiring is completed within defined SLAs and budget.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
 Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and
recruitment agencies.
 Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.
 Implement proactive sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

 Work on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
 Enhance candidate experience by ensuring smooth interview and onboarding processes.
 Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.

4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
 Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
 Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for senior management.
 Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.

5. Team Management & Vendor Coordination
 Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
 Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
 Negotiate contracts with recruitment partners to ensure cost-effectiveness.

 Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.

Experience : Minimum 7 years and above
Qualification: Any Graduate
