Job Summary:
The AM - Talent Acquisition (Domestic Recruitment) is responsible for developing and executing
recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the domestic market. This role involves managing
end-to-end recruitment processes, building employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate
experience while aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for domestic hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Ensure hiring is completed within defined SLAs and budget.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and
recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.
Implement proactive sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Work on employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Enhance candidate experience by ensuring smooth interview and onboarding processes.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
4. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for senior management.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.
5. Team Management & Vendor Coordination
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Negotiate contracts with recruitment partners to ensure cost-effectiveness.
